Stock Audits

A very fast way of confirming the vehicles or items at each location. The mobile users can search or scan each vehicle at a location which is matched up to the stock list uploaded to the portal.

Multiple users can be assigned to a stock take at each location with the vehicles sighted regularly synchronised across all devices.

From the web portal, management can monitor the stock take progress and quickly identify any missing vehicles or vehicles that shouldn’t be at the location.

Stock Checks

Stock Checks allow organisations to view and manage the stock at each location. This allows mobile users to lookup a vehicle from the stock list and correct details, update a vehicle location, and attach new photos.

Time and GPS locations are stamped against the vehicle so managers can check the location for where a vehicle was last sighted.

Stock Imports

Stock lists can either be manually imported prior to start of a stock check or stock take. Alternatively imports can be integrated with the companies management system.

AutoCheck Test Drive / Loan Car Integration

Automatically pull Test Drive, Loan Car, Staff Loan agreements through to your stock audits.

When an audit is started, AutoStock can automatically pull the corresponding active agreements against the vehicle meaning users no long have to spend time searching for and sighting paperwork significantly reducing audit and dealership downtime.

Reporting

AutoStock provides standard reports that allow managers to down and view the details of a stock audit or current stock lists

Reports include:

  • Vehicle exceptions that need to be confirmed before a stock audit can be signed-off.

  • Vehicle audit trails

  • Location changes

  • Stock extracts with photos

AutoStock is a highly configurable solution meaning many requirements around the information to be captured can be added via configuration.
