			<description>&lt;p&gt;Netresult’s exclusive distributor in the UK, KeyWorth, has been acquired by Clifford Thames Group, a leading edge provider of consultancy and support services for the automotive industry.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Clifford Thames Group is a SaaS software provider who came into the fleet and leasing markets in 2010, offering consultancy and support services for the OEM and Dealer Group markets. The acquisition of KeyWorth strengthens that bridge as they head into the fleet industry, and Netresult’s products are a significant part of the overall strategy for the combined business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;These companies are passionate about making their customers’ business more efficient and dynamic, and the new acquisition results in a broader solution offering help with leasing and fleet markets in the UK.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The acquisition happened on the 3rd of January 2012 and brings the strength and global position of an industry leader to KeyWorth.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Steve Edwards Managing Director of KeyWorth says, “With the complementary nature of our businesses both in product offering and customer focus the match seemed to be an obvious one. Joining the strength and global resource of Clifford Thames with the innovative and market-leading technology from KeyWorth provides our customers with the best of all worlds”.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;KeyWorth’s software will be integrated into Clifford Thames Groups’ ATHORIS web-based platform and offer a wide-range of Software-as-a-Service solutions consisting of rental management, Road Fund Licence (RFL) renewal, fleet remarketing and vehicle inspection and logistics management.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Netresult’s vehicle inspection and logistics software compliments the suite of products to allow Clifford Thames Group to provide a comprehensive offering to the automotive industry in the UK and Europe.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Netresult has recently signed a five year exclusive distribution agreement with KeyWorth Automotive and Clifford Thames.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;With over 3,000 trucks, trailers and coaches, TR Group is New Zealand's largest supplier of heavy transport equipment with services including vehicle leasing, vehicle tracking, used vehicle sales, truck washing, and vehicle rental.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TR Group inspects every vehicle at the end of a hire. They capture mileage readings and billing details as well as inspecting the level of wear and tear and checking for any damage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TR Group’s previous inspection process was paper-based. It involved recording inspection results in carbon copy books and then manually comparing inspection results and keying details into their billing system.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;TR Group implemented AutoCheck to eliminate this labour intensive process as well as drive a consistent inspection process through their branches.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;“AutoCheck has a prescribed checklist so we get a consistent inspection across all vehicles. It has completely eliminated our paper processes,” says David Palmer, IT Manager, TR Group.&lt;/p&gt;
